Solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)has a very wide application prospect because of its high efficiency and environmental protection.However,the internal temperature uniformity control has been a difficult problem when it works,which seriously restricted its commercial application.SOFC internal temperature measurement is to achieve the premise of temperature control.Based on the temperature-sensitive properties of magnetic nanoparticles,a set of measuring devices for internal temperature distribution is designed.The feasibility of the temperature measurement method of SOFC internal line model is verified by experiments.First of all,based on the temperature-sensitive properties of magnetic nanoparticles,the key theory of magnetic nano-temperature imaging is introduced,and the point model and line model of magnetic nano-temperature measurement are proposed.And the two temperature models are simulated.Under the same conditions,the temperature error of the line model is smaller than the point model,because the influence of the adjacent magnetic nanoparticles on the measurement point is consideredThen,a set of magnetic nano-temperature measuring device is designed.In the hardware aspect of the use of Helmholtz coil and a pair of polar poles to the composition of the excitation magnetic field generator;use a pair of differential coils to obtain the magnetic response signal,after pretreatment,the data acquisition card acquisition signal and sent to the PC.In the software using DPSD algorithm to get harmonic information,and then invert to calculate the temperature of the measured point.Finally,according to the fuel cell in the actual work of the internal temperature distribution of the various circumstances,designed a different experimental program.The effects of the two temperature measurement models on the measurement accuracy of themagnetic nano temperature were compared and the results were compared with the temperature measured by the fiber thermometer.It is found that the maximum temperature error is only 0.56 K when the uniform temperature is retrieved in the low temperature region(360K-300K)using the line model.However,there is a possibility that the temperature is not uniform within the SOFC.In this case,the temperature error obtained by the line model will not exceed 3.00 K,and the temperature error obtained by the point model is as high as 19.68 K.Therefore,the line model temperature measurement method is superior to the point model,to meet the SOFC internal temperature distribution measurement accuracy requirements.
