Phryma leptostachya L.is a perennial herb of Phrymataceae,which has been used to control health and agricultural pests in East Asia.In recent years,the Institute of Pesticides science,Northwest A&F University has studied the mechanism of insecticidal components of this plant,found that the insecticidal component of the crude extract is haedoxan A,which is effective for many pests,and its mechanism is unique.Therefore,In order to better apply this insecticidal plant and adapt to the current national demand for reduction of chemical pesticides.In this paper,studied the preparation of water emulsions and micro emulsion of crude extracts from Phryma leptostachya L,and applied technology.The main results are as follows:1.Formulated the microemulsion containing 8% of Phryma leptostachya L extract.Microemulsion constitute and ratio are 8%(w)Phryma leptostachya L root extract,13% PE 400,6% PE 500,6.4% methanol,25.6% cyclohexanone,and 41% deionized water.ME technician indexes are as follows:Extract content 8%(w),In which the main insecticidal ingredient HA content 0.016%,appear golden yellow homogeneous transparent liquid,pH 6 to 8,transparent temperature range-5 to 65?,Stored at 54±2?14 days,HA decomposition rate is less than 5%,Stored at 0?7 days without delamination or crystallization,miscible with water,and maintaining a transparent or translucent state.2.Formulated the water emulsion containing 9% of Phryma leptostachya L extract.Water emulsion constitute and ratio are 9%(w)Phryma leptostachya L root extract,1% tween 80,1% PE 600,2.1% methanol,18.9% cyclohexanone,and 68% deionized water.Water emulsion technician indexes are as follows:Extract content 9%(w),In which the main insecticidal ingredient HA Content 0.018%,appear milky or blue-white milky liquid,Stored at 0? 7days,there is no phenomenon such as stratification or crystallization,pH 5 to 8,Stored at 54 ±2?14 days,HA decomposition rate is less than 10%,Stored at 0?7 days without delamination or crystallization,miscible with water,no slick no precipitation.3.Established a method for analyzing the microemulsion and water emulsion,which uses haedoxan A as the main component.The method was applied to analysis of HA content in 8% Phryma leptostachya L extract microemulsion,the recovery rate is 96.29%~100%,the standard deviation is 0.057,and the coefficient of variation is 3.51%.The method was used to analyze the HA content of 9% Phryma leptostachya L root extract water emulsion.The recovery rate is 96.29%~100.4%,the standard deviation is 0.064,and the coefficient of variation is 3.51%.Meet the requirements of this study's quality inspection4.The field test results showed that 8% of Phryma leptostachya L extract microemulsion diluted 100~200 times can achieve 80~ 85% control effect on Cabbage PierisrapaeLinne;9% of Phryma leptostachya L extract water emulsion diluted 100~200 times can achieve 79~89% control effect on Cabbage PierisrapaeLinne.
