The experiment was conducted from May 2017 to February 2018 in the greenhouse of the horticultural field on the north campus of the Northwest A&F University.In order to fully recycle the waste material of the tomato stems,the aerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation of the tomato stems were separately performed.The extracts obtained by leaching the two fermentation products were organic nutrient solutions.The tomato stems were The residue after oxygen fermentation and anaerobic fermentation product leaching was used as a substrate,and the subsequent cultivating of extracts with different conductivity values was carried out during the whole growth period of tomato.The morphological,physiological,yield indicators and quality of tomato during growth were determined.The indicators used to select the most effective use of the fermentation of tomato stem waste and the optimal proportion of the extract as the organic nutrient solution.The results of the test study show that:1.In the study of shelf life of extracts,the shelf life of the fermented product of tomato stalk waste should be at least 5 months.It can be used as an organic nutrient solution for practical cultivation.Consider two extracts The content of several nutrient elements,the actual production is recommended to use the anaerobic fermentation product extract of tomato stalk waste as organic nutrient solution,followed by the selection of aerobic fermentation product extract of tomato stem waste.2.In the tomato cultivation experiment,the results showed that the residue after leaching of anaerobic fermented products from tomato stalks was used as the cultivation substrate,and the anaerobic fermentation product of tomato stem with conductivity of 2m S·cm-1 was applied to the six leaves.In the process of extracting the liquid,the result is doubled(conductivity is 4m S·cm-1),and the highest score is obtained in the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the morphological,physiological,yield,and quality indicators using the analytic hierarchy process,which shows that the treatment of the cultivated tomato has the best effect.It can be used as a theoretical guide for actual cultivation and production.
