Hydrogel is a kind of macromolecule material with many excellent properties,and it can fully exert its effect in the field of biomedicine and forest protection.However,the mechanical properties of traditional polymer hydrogel materials are weak,which limits the practical application of the hydrogel.Therefore,it is of great interest to prepare hydrogel materials with higher mechanical properties.In this paper,two kinds of high strength double network hydrogels were successfully prepared by different experimental methods.The main research contents and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)Polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl alcohol were used as experimental raw materials,and then the method of freeze-thawing and high-energy electron beam irradiation were used to successfully prepare the dual networks of polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl alcohol with high mechanical properties hydrogel material.The effect of the relative molecular mass of polyethylene glycol,the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol to polyethylene glycol,the number of freeze-thawing cycles and thawing temperature on the hydrogel properties were investigated.The results showed that when the relative molecular mass of polyethylene glycol is 4000,the mass ratio between polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol is 10: 4,the thawing temperature is room temperature,the tensile strength of the dual-network hydrogel can reach the tensile strength of more than 700 kPa.(2)Polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol were used as raw materials,and hydroxyapatite nanoparticles(n-HA)were added as materials to enhance the mechanical properties of hydrogels,hydroxyapatite nanoparticle-enhanced dual-network hydrogel materials of polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol were successfully prepared by freeze-thawing method.The effects of different amounts of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles on the hydrogel strength were investigated.The results show that the tensile strength of polyvinyl alcohol/polyethylene glycol/hydroxyapatite nanoparticles is the highest when the content of n-HA is 7%(w/v).
