Analysis Of Factors Influencing Farmers' Willingness To Participate In Carbon Trading In Liaoning Province

Current climate warming has become a focus of attention of governments by greenhouse gas emissions from human activity since the industrial revolution has become the key elements of climate warming,to solve the problem of greenhouse effect the global environment,we must to control emissions of carbon dioxide.At present,carbon trading as a kind of for the world recognized as the most effective means to use the market mechanism to solve environmental problems,the method of thought compared to the government administrative management has more economic efficiency,our country has also begun to establish a domestic carbon trading system.In our country since 2011 across the country set up seven carbon emissions trading pilot,liaoning as one of the third batch of pilot,construction of China's national carbon market and solve the problem of China and the global environment and climate has to be reckoned with.However,the carbon market in liaoning has only started to be unstable for two years,with little policy support and sometimes no trading volume.Compared with other carbon markets,the liaoning carbon market still has much to improve and improve its liquidity.The carbon trading market is gradually opening up to individual investors,starting with companies and institutional investors.Currently,individual investors are allowed to participate in carbon trading.Based on this background,this paper studies the willingness of individuals to participate in the market of liaoning province,and explores the influencing factors that influence the willingness of individual participation.Based on the theory of economic externality theory,public goods theory,the theory of personal carbon trading,in liaoning province rural personal for empirical research samples,and the influence factors of each variable based on the analysis of the sample,the sample is divided into three parts according to many factors,respectively,for farmers to personal characteristics,internal motivation and external environment of three parts,and further descriptive analysis on the influence factors of rural people to participate in carbon trading will analysis.Then,through empirical analysis,the Logistic model is established to find out the main influencing factors that affect the participation of farmers in carbon trading.On this basis,the countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed to promote the participation of farmers in carbon trading.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions,which should be adapted to the dynamic development of farmers according to the changes of internal and external environment in the field,and the government should give full play to the important role played in it,and set up the consciousness of innovation.I hope these suggestions will be useful for Liaoning Province to participate in the construction and management of carbon trading mechanism in the future.As one of the three provinces in Northeast China,Liaoning Province is one of the provinces and cities in Northeast China.It is also useful for farmers in other regions to participate in carbon trading and cultivate people's awareness of low-carbon environmental protection.It also provides a new way for government departments to strengthen the supervision and management of carbon trading.
