Dielectric polymer materials are recently emerging as a high performance polymer composite material with good dielectric properties,and are widely used in electronics and petroleum exploitation,Aerospace and other fields.As an excellent dielectric material for the new era,it has the advantages that cannot be replaced by traditional materials.Both in terms of mechanical properties and insulation,it has absolute advantages and is an excellent material for the development of new technologies at present and in the future.However,the dielectric properties of the initially synthesized dielectric polymer composites have been limited,and how to improve the dielectric properties of the composites has become a research hotspot today.In order to solve the problem,I established the research direction of the thesis.In this dissertation,carboxyl containing poly(aryl ether ketone)was used as the matrix polymer,and POSS nanoparticles and carbon nanotube groups with pendant amino groups were used to synthesize two types of(low-dielectric constants and high dielectrics)amide condensation.Constant poly(aryl ether ketone)composites.The structure and properties of polyaryletherketone composites were studied in detail,and the polymer properties were effectively controlled.The research work of this paper is mainly divided into the following two aspects:Firstly,four different carboxyl groups were synthesized by nucleophilic polycondensation with disphenol AF,4,4'-difluorobenzophenone,and 3,5-dihydro xybenzoic acid as monomers.Then,POSS nanoparticles containing amino gro ups were used as reaction fillers.A series of poly(aryl ether ketone)composit-es containing different POSS content were controlled and synthesized by ami-de polycondensation reaction.Raw materials with POSS group have good com patibility,a good thermal performance through the subsequent structural and p erformance tests the dielectric constant has been effectively reduced,with the increase in POSS content in composite materials,the dielectric constant is gra dually reduced.Secondly,in the DCC/DMAP catalytic system,the aminated multi-walled carbon nanotubes and the parent aniline tetramer were grafted to the carboxyl-containing poly(aryl ether ketone)polymer side chain structure by chemical grafting.A series of multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWNT)poly(aryl ether ketone)polymers and 30% anilide tetramer poly(aryl ether ketone)polymers were successfully synthesized.MWNTs are covalently bonded to poly(aryl ether ketone)polymers,effectively solving the dispersion problem of MWNTs and avoiding agglomeration.Both polymers exhibit superior mechanical and thermal properties.The introduction of MWNTs and aniline tetramers can effectively regulate the dielectric properties of polymers.
