Gear is one of the most necessary parts in modern industrial machine manufacturer,Chamfering gears are widely used in gearboxes of passenger cars,saloon car and other vehicles.It is an important basic component to shift direction,transmit motion,reduce noise and impact.The main form of gear chamfering includes:plane sharp angle of external gear,plane sharp angle of internal gear,angle asymmetry plane sharp angle,position asymmetry plane sharp angle,single plane angle,angle arc and so on.The complexity of gear chamfering causes some difficulties in measurement.The precision of gear chamfering directly influences the service life and working performance of gears.The accuracy error of gear chamfering is not only related to the design and machining,but also related to the measuring method.Therefore,the crucial problem is how to ensure the accuracy of measurement.The object of study is non-contact gear chamfering profile measuring instrument.It is a non-contact cooperative measurement method that combining machine vision positioning and laser measurement technology.Thus,the measurement of gear chamfering contour parameter is fast,accurate and efficient.Analyzing the key technologies and error sources in the measurement on the basis of the original experimental prototype,it puts forward the corresponding error compensation method.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)This thesis describes research background,hardware composition,measuring principle and software control of gear chamfering and profile measuring instrument.(2)Summarizes the key technologies of gear chamfering profile measuring instrument,and put forward the corresponding improvement scheme according to the problems.(3)Doing the positioning accuracy of the XY moving platform experiment,and writing the feedback compensation program that improves the positioning accuracy of the measurement system.The positioning accuracy of the XY moving platform is guaranteed within 2?m.(4)A virtual mesh calibration technique is proposed according to the situation that the measured plane is not in the same plane as the calibration plane.(5)An improved algorithm for locating the center of gear and the center of gear is proposed,and the measurement path is reprogrammed.
