In this paper,the barrier property of coating film was studied based on BOPP film and montmorillonite and microfibrillated cellulose(MFC)as main components.The effect of dispersant on the dispersion of montmorillonite was investigated,and the effects of two kinds of montmorillonite and MFC on the properties of coating film were studied.After that,the properties of coating film were studied after the combination of SMP-N and MFC,and the mechanical properties,oxygen transmission,water vapor transmission,light transmission,infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope were analyzed.The roughness,XRD analysis and thermodynamic properties show that the dispersion of montmorillonite,the amount of montmorillonite and MFC and the component of the coating have a certain effect on the performance of coating film.The results showed that the mechanical properties of coating film were less affected by coating layer.The oxygen resistance and moisture resistance of the coating film prepared by montmorillonite dispersion are better than those of the undispersed coating film.SMP-N was selected as the double component of coating film.After dispersion,the oxygen permeability coefficient was lower,and the minimum value was reached at SMP-N2%,MFC0.3%.At this time,the data was 0.12×10-5cm3·cm/m2·d·Pa,and the oxygen permeability coefficient of the original BOPP film decreased by 97.4%,which was also confirmed in XRD test.When the dosage of SMP-N is 2%,the water vapor permeation coefficient is 4.54×10-12 · g·cm/cm2 · s · Pa,it is the optimum value,and comparing with BOPP film,it decreased by 36%.The optimum ratio of the double component coating film is at SMP-N2%,MFC0.3%,the water vapor transmission coefficient is 5.55×10-12·g·cm/cm2·s.Pa.The vapor transmission coefficient decreased by 21.8%.The transmittance of two kinds of montmorillonite films prepared by dispersion decreased with the increase of montmorillonite and MFC content.The roughness of the coated film is directly proportional to the amount of montmorillonite and MFC.The dispersion effect of montmorillonite can improve the roughness of the coating film,and the roughness of the SMP-N double component coating film is lower than that of the single component coating film after the dispersion.After joining SMP-N,the thermal stability of MFC is better than that of only one,but the extent of improvement is very small.To sum up,montmorillonite and MFC can improve the moisture resistance and oxygen resistance of BOPP film in varying degrees,and the effect of montmorillonite is better after dispersing.The coating film of SMP-N and MFC is more excellent after dispersing.At the same time,the other properties of the coating film have not been greatly affected.Finally,SMP-N2%,MFC0.3%and SMP-N2%,MFC0.5%can be selected as the best choice.
