In view of the poor environment in coal mines,the hardness of the coal seam is complex and changeable.In order to protect the tool,it is also necessary to ensure the construction progress,and a speed adaptive control method is adopted which adopts a small rotational speed with a large torque and a large rotational speed with a small torque.Closed-loop negative feedback control is adopted,and a self-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm is used as a controller to achieve stable control of the cutter head speed.The size of the pressure is used as the basis for determining the size of the load.When the system pressure is high,it is considered that the torque is large and a small rotation speed is used.When the system pressure is low,the torque is considered to be small and a large rotation speed is adopted.The KSZ-2800 boring machine is the first 2.8m full-diameter hard rock roadheader in China.It adopts computer control,collecting machine,optical,electrical,gas,liquid,sensing and information technology.It has the advantages of high degree of automation,high efficiency,safety,environmental protection and economy.The research status and research significance of the whole-surface hard rock roadheader at home and abroad are introduced.The structure and working principle of the KSZ-2800 TBM roadheader are described.A set of reasonable multi-pump combination driven cutterhead hydraulic drive system is proposed.The structural characteristics of the box,chamber distribution,important circuit and device selection are introduced;the TBM boring machine monitoring system is designed to monitor the running status of the equipment in real time.Cutterhead hydraulic drive system modeling,simulation,efficiency analysis;modeling the controller in MATLAB,modeling the hydraulic drive system in AMESIM,using MATLAB and AMESIM to carry out co-simulation of controller and hydraulic drive system,The actual platform is verified.The results show that when the torque is small,the speed is high;when the torque is high,the speed is low,the PID parameters are automatically adjusted,the speed of the cutter plate is quickly tracked,and the adjustment time is short.This characteristic is basically consistent with the simulation result.The algorithm can meet the actual engineering requirements.
