In recent years, with the rapid development of the national inorganic chemical industry and the national requirements for the standardization of the industry,a lot of relevant national technical standards and industry technical standards have been promulgated. Many enterprises pay more attention to product quality while focusing on production to meet their competitive advantages in the same industry.Chemical laboratory requires higher accuracy and precision in analytical and testing work to meet the quality requirements of products, which requires chemical analysts and quality management personnel in this industry to develop more accurate, more precise and more efficient analysis methods.Due to the obvious advantages of XRF analyzer,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry takes analytical instruments' advantages, with a high degree of automation, rapid analysis speed, good reproducibility and other outstanding features. In addition the method can be better applied in the simultaneous analysis and determination of multi-elements.In the sample pretreatment, sample preparation is relatively simple, environmentally and friendly,non-destructive,easy to operate, widely used to guide industrial production. Therefore,XRF is now widely used in solid inorganic powder industry production, such as cement, diatomite, refractory, kaolin etc, with rapidly and easy to operate, guide production and other powerful features. However,if the method is not established correctly,it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the data and the precision of the measurement. Therefore,it is urgent to develop a set of effective methods for curve calibration and monitoring.Through the study of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, this paper establishes the analytical method, determines the measurement conditions, selects the standard sample, measures the data and analyzes the detection limit, accuracy and precision.X-ray fluorescence analysis is used to obtain the instrument analysis results meeting the requirements, and the operation plan meeting the national standard for chemical analysis of solid inorganic powder samples(cement,diatomite,refractories,kaolin,etc.).The results show that the measurement are accurate and the indexes meet the industry requirements. The method can measure many components, short analysis time, low labor intensity, easy operation, and it is suitable for complex sample analysis of matrix components. The operation scheme is also applicable to the determination of the major elements and trace elements in the raw materials, process products and final products(mainly based on inorganic solid powders, such as cement, refractories, kaolin, etc.)by XRF analysis.
