Through the analysis and summary of the related factors of long-term production quality accidents,it is found that the basic curing time of the single component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber adhesive(RTV)used in the production of medical silicone rubber larynx is directly related to the temperature and humidity of the purified production workshop environment: Under certain conditions,When the temperature and humidity increase,the curing time of the adhesive will be shortened accordingly.After searching for documents.The curing principle of the adhesive is confirmed: it solidifies to form an elastomer by condensation reaction with water molecules in the air.In addition,it was also concluded that the raw material for the production of larynx mask accessories,double component liquid high temperature silicone rubber,can also be used for the adhesive of larynx mask.The curing principle is that the polymerization reaction is catalyzed by a catalyst at high temperatures.The effect can also meet the performance requirements of larynx mask.Accordingly,the rapid curing process of silicone rubber adhesive was developed,and the production process of laryngeal mask was integrated,and the matching equipment was constructed.Finally,the mode of production of laryngeal mask by pipeline was first realized,the workshop production method was eliminated,the workshop production method was eliminated,the production efficiency of laryngeal mask was significantly improved,the cost of laryngeal mask was reduced,and the development of automatic production of laryngeal mask industry was promoted.
