One of the important tasks of new rural area construction and rural revitalization in China is to solve the ecological and environmental problems represented by rural domestic garbage,soil and water pollution.Rural household waste,especially organic waste,is scattered,which not only directly pollutes the environment,but also has a long time for stacking and secondary pollution in the degradation process.It has always been a critical problem in sorting,disposal and resource utilization.At present,anaerobic fermentation is used worldwide for organic waste resource treatment,which produces biogas and sludge,thus converting organic waste into energy and fertilizer.The study on anaerobic fermentation technology and biogas liquid fertilizer efficiency has been relatively systematic,using straw,livestock or poultry manure as single raw materials.However,the research on anaerobic fermentation process and biogas slurry fertilizer efficiency of rural organic waste is not comprehensive,and research on its process and biogas slurry efficiency is still not deep,the process needs to be improved,and the biogas slurry fertilizer efficiency needs experimental verification.In order to reveal the production characteristics of rural organic waste,anaerobic fermentation treatment process and biogas liquid fertilizer effects on vegetable,we took Fanggan village in Laiwu City,Shandong Province as an example,investigating the generation characteristics and classification collection efficiency of household organic waste,and designed a new combined anaerobic fermentation technology for rural organic waste.The effects of biogas slurry fertilizer efficiency on yield,growth and quality of Brassica chinensis were studied through comparative experiments of different concentrations of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer.The effects of biogas slurry fertilizer efficiency on plant height,leaf length,leaf width,weight,vitamin C content,reducing sugar content and nitrate content of rapeseed were also studied.Tests and quantitative analysis were carried out.At the same time,the social,economic and ecological benefits of the resource utilization of rural household waste were evaluated.The research results showed that there are mainly the following points.First,the household waste in Fanggan village mainly included kitchen garbage,peel,vegetable leaves,glass,plastic and so on,of which organic household waste accounted for about 75%.Second,By designing a new organic waste combined anaerobic fermentation process,the organic waste is treated to produce biogas for heating,lighting,fuel,power generation,etc.The biogas slurry can be directly used as a kind of organic fertilizer for vegetable planting.Third,The results of biogas slurry fertilizer research showed that the effect of biogas slurry fertilizer efficiency on the yield of Brassica chinensis was similar to that of the equivalent fertilization of chemical fertilizer,but the vitamin C content,the reducing sugar content and the nitrate content of the small rapeseed using biogas slurry were lower,and the nutrition and quality were significantly improved.Finally,The social,economic and ecological benefits of the resource utilization of rural household waste are very obvious.Based on above results,the resource treatment of rural organic waste is vital to solve rural household waste.The new organic waste combined anaerobic fermentation process is a feasible solution for the resource treatment and comprehensive utilization of rural household waste.The use of biogas is simple and convenient.The liquid fertilizer can significantly improve the quality of vegetables,and has good benefits in environment,society and certain economy.Fanggan village has an excellent natural environment and an effective ecological civilization.The case study of household waste treatment shows that it is entirely possible to recycle rural household waste and resource utilization.Summing up and improving the experiences and practices of Fanggan village,it is possible to make Fanggan village a good model of "eco-revitalization" in new rural construction and rural revitalization of Shandong Province.
