The conventional printed substrate is paper,and the printed surface is mostly flat.With the improvement of people's life,ceramics,glass and their products play an important role in industry and daily life.Various ceramic decorations and colorful glass art products play an important role in beautifying the living environment.However,due to the shape characteristics of ceramics and glass itself and the special coloring,the problem of strong adhesion of ink on ceramics and glass is a major research topic for researchers in the printing industry for a long time.In order to solve the spreading rule of inkjet printing on ceramic surface and curved surface,this paper mainly makes the following research:(1)Set up an experimental system for droplet ejection observation.Based on the research of related scholars and laboratory equipment resources,a droplet ejection and observation system that can meet the experimental requirements was built,and the stable droplet generation method was determined through experiments.(2)Study on the impact of droplets on smooth ceramic planes and bevels.The tile with good hydrophilicity is used as the impact wall,and the pure water and anhydrous ethanol droplets are used as the research work.In the plane experiment,the control of the droplet velocity is realized by adjusting the droplet drop height,and the influence of droplet velocity and surface tension on the spreading is studied.In the bevel experiment,by changing the inclination angle of the slope,the variation law of the advancement and retreat spread length of the droplet after striking the slope with different impact angles is studied.(3)Research on the impact of droplets on the curved surface of smooth ceramics.The smooth porcelain cup wall and the smooth zirconia ceramic spherical surface are used as the impact wall,and the pure water and absolute ethanol droplets are used as the research working fluid.The effects of surface roughness on the impact spread of droplets at different speeds were studied.The rule of spherical curvature diameter and maximum spreading height of droplets and the influence of droplet to spherical diameter on the critical value of droplet spreading were summarized.
