In recent years,with the continuous development of supramolecular chemistry,the intelligent nanocontainers have attracted wide attention,which made of[2]pseudorotaxanes molecules as nano valves and mesoporous silica materials as nano containers.Under certain stimulation achieve the encapsulation and release effect of molecules,by changing the interaction between host and guest.A new kind of pH-responsive and recovery voltage responsive intelligent nano container designed in this paper.The research was divided into three parts.Firstly,N-{2[(2-aminoethyl)disulfanyl]ethyl}-4-(1-carboxyferrocenyl)butan-1-amine(2.10)was synthesized,using ferrocenecarboxylic acid.The yield was 25.44%.Analysis of complexation between the macrocyclic cucurbit[7]with(2.10).Secondly,the organic long chain(2.10)anchored onto the surface of MCM-41 by silane coupling agent,(MCM-Fc).The morphology and structure of MCM-41 and MCM-Fc were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm(BET),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),etc.Lastly,the release performance of intelligent nano container were studied by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis).In a neutral solution,the macrocyclic compounds of cucurbit[7](CB[7])complexed with(2.10)to form pseudorotaxane as a supramolecular switch,blocking the orifice and loading BTA and rhodamine B molecules,with the maximum load 22.39 ?gmg-1 and 75.47 ?gmg-1 respectively;The acid and alkali release properties are studied by adjusting the pH value and voltage of the solution.The results show that:Under the acid condition,the maximum release amount is 80.78%and 79.16%;and the maximum release amount is 83.34%and 81.57%under the alkaline condition,respectively;Applied the reduction voltage,the maximum release rates were 86.35%and 83.14%.To sum up,it is proved that the intelligent nano container has the performance of three heavy response of acid and alkali voltage,and the response performance is superior.
