Design And Research On Reconstruction Plan Of Finished Warehouse Of NJ Cigarette Factory

With the rapid development of the logistics industry,enterprises have increased the construction of warehouses.However,there are still many shortcomings in the design of warehouse renovation schemes,especially in the design of technical solutions.At the same time,the construction of the warehouse is costly and there is a certain investment risk.The rationality of the warehouse design plan directly affects the operating cost and work efficiency of the enterprise,and plays an important role in the survival and development of the enterprise.Reasonable warehouse renovation design can make full use of warehouse resources,shorten material handling distance,and improve the overall work efficiency of the warehouse.Under the new competitive situation,enterprises are paying more and more attention to warehouse facilities planning while constantly innovating and developing themselves.This paper takes NJ cigarette factory finished product warehouse as an example,analyzes its finished product warehouse layout,equipment and facilities,and the operation process.Combined with the actual investigation,it finds that the information in the finished product warehouse is not high,the standard operation process is lacking,and the cargo area is not obvious.For this reason,on the basis of the original warehouse,the technical solution for the warehouse is designed,thereby avoiding invalid operations and improving the accuracy of the goods distribution and the overall operational efficiency.The original finished product warehouse is divided into four parts:the cigarette conveying area,the second-layer finished product palletizing area,the vertical storage area,and the first-level finished product delivery area,and the processes such as entering and leaving the warehouse are optimized and added.Electronic control system and computer system to realize the intelligentization of the warehouse.In the construction of the NJ Cigarette Factory Reconstruction Project,the work breakdown was used to establish the organizational structure led by the project manager,the functional departments and employees,and the job responsibilities among the members were determined.Then the implementation plan of the NJ Cigarette Factory was carried out.The design,including the main activities of the project transformation,systematically summarizes and analyzes the more prominent problems in the project management process.While deeply exploring the source of the problem,it effectively combines with the professional knowledge of project management to prevent the emergence of problems.Finally,after the transformation plan is determined,the construction project plan is evaluated,and the software is used to analyze the warehouse layout before and after the improvement.The material handling distance before and after the improvement,the warehouse delivery capacity,the waiting time of the warehouse and the use of the cargo space are respectively improved.A comparative analysis confirms the feasibility of the design.
