Owing to the excessive using of phosphorus pesticides,environmental pollution has become an urgent concern nowadays.The utilizing of nano-metal and its oxides to deal with environmental remediation is one of the most popular research area.Compared with other nano-metal particles or metal oxides,nano-MgO can remove ethyl p-hydroxy phosphorus and other organophosphorus pesticides efficiently by itself in the absence of UV light and other conditions.Moreover,the researchers showed that the smaller nano-MgO particle size is,the more enormous specific surface area it possesses.Therefore,the catalytic activity to degrade organic toxins is greater.In this thesis,firstly,we prepared nano-MgO(MgO-M)by ultrasonic method and characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and infrared spectrophotometry(IR),respectively.Then,the degradation effect to paraoxon was also observed by UV spectrophotometry,compared with commercial nano-MgO(MgO-C).When the dosage was 0.05 g and the reaction time was 0.5 h,it expressed great ability of degradation up to 89.0%.However,0.05g MgO-C only can degrde 28.9%.In addition,we fabricated appropriate polymer substrate and prepared nanofibrous mat by using electrospinning.Finally,the mixture solution of tetrahydrofuran(THF)and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)was chosen as the solvent to determine the concentration of 0.30 g/mL polyethersulfone 2010(PES 2010),and the electrospinning fiber was prepared by electrospinning at a relative humidity of 60%.In the end,the samples obtained had a porous structure and large specific surface area,which can adsorb bilirubin,bisphenol A and other substances.In the same time,it had great effect of recycling and good separation ability of water and oil.On the basis of above,the prepared nano-MgO with small particle size was added onto the PES nanofibers to form nanocomposite mat.It also possessed great degradation to ethyl paraoxon,which was about 92.0%after 40 min.At the same time,it can be directly recovered in order to attain the purpose of recycling.It improced the convenience of using MgO and there were great procpect in biological protection.
