The embedded co-cured damping composite plates with stiffener(ECDCPS)is manufactured by bonding ECDCS and stiffeners.This structure not only enhance the overall stiffness but also increase damping and bearing capacity.It is widely used in many fields,such as Aeronautics and Astronautics and ship engineering.In this paper,beginning from the fabrication process of the test specimen,the influence of different reinforced structures on the dynamic performance of ECDCS are explored by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental verification.The main work and innovation are as follows:(1)Developed manufacturing process of ECDCPS,and determined the technological parameters in each process.The T stiffener mold was designed,and the embedded cocuring damping composite stiffened plate was fabricated by co-curing bonding.(2)Through modal analysis of ECDCPS specimens,obtained modal parameters of ECDCPS,it is verified that the ECDCPS specimens have good dynamic damping performance and stiffness.(3)The theoretical analysis model of ECDCPS is established,and the control differential equation of ECDCPS is derived by the first order shear deformation theory and Hamilton principle.The vibration characteristics of ECDCPS structure are obtained by solving the equations according to the relevant boundary conditions and Fourier series,and the vibration problem of damping composite stiffened plate structure is solved theoretically.(4)The natural frequencies and loss factors of ECDCPS structures are analyzed by ANSYS finite element simulation technique and modal strain energy method,and the simulation results are compared with those calculated by theoretical formulas and experimental verification.The influence of stiffener sizes and positions on the stiffness and damping properties of the whole structure is further studied in detail,lays a foundation for the widespread application of embedded damping composite stiffened plates.
