Latex products are flexible bodies with special materials, large elasticity and easy deformation. The shape of such objects, especially the form of condoms is extremely difficult to control. In the actual production process, condoms are in different shapes in the hopper so it is difficult to form a consistent arrangement. This causes the automatic upper die, especially the electrical inspection process automatically great difficulty. Therefore, this project mainly studies aerodynamic characteristics of condoms in pipelines and the magnetic body is used to control its morphological changes in the process of electrical transportation. So they can achieve the automatic aim of automatic upper mold testing of condoms.First, after determining the numerical control equation and the motion state of the fluid in the tube,we should use the software of the Fluent about the condom of the pipeline to solve the numerical model simulation of fluid field.According to the numerical results, the flow field in the tube is analyzed.Next, according to the flow field analysis results and the production process of electrical inspection, combined with pneumatic system and control system,we can design and construct a set of experiment table for the automatic upper mold system for the study of aerodynamic characteristics. Finally,we can make the automatic upper mold experiment on the self-built experiment station,as we use a high-speed camera to observe the shape of the condom in the pipeline. The aerodynamic characteristics of the condom in the pipeline were analyzed according to the change process. The results of analysis indicate that the automatic upper mold function of the condom can be realized by using the aerodynamic characteristics of condoms studied in this paper.
