Microfiber cellulose(MFC)and chitosan are a kind of natural polymer materials with good environmental compatibility,renewable resources and abundant resources,which have excellent film forming properties.Using MFC and chitosan to prepare composite films,can achieve synergies,a new kind of green packaging material with superior performance is beneficial,to alleviate the shortage of raw materials and environmental pollution in traditional plastic film packaging materials.In this paper,sulfate pulp bleaching of eucalyptus wood as raw material,adopts the TEMPO pretreatment method,combining with wall-e pulper and homogenization pressure,by changing the dosage of TEMPO,the number and the pressure of high pressure homogeneous and other technological parameters,prepare the different characteristics of MFC,and the particle size and water retention value of MFC were characterized.The results showed that the MFC was the best when the average quality was 12,the homogeneous pressure was 90MPa and the quantity of TEMPO was 1%of the total dry.In this paper,MFC films and MFC/chitosan composite films were prepared by flow-forming film,and the mechanical properties,light transmittance and oxygen permeability of films were analyzed.The effects of chitosan and MFC on composite films were investigated on the basis of analyzing the properties of MFC films.The study found that when the addition amount of 10%of chitosan,the surface of the composite film is relatively flat,while the tensile strength than pure MFC film tensile strength decreased by about 33%,but the elongation at break than pure MFC film increased by 40%,the composite film oxygen through the coefficient of 0.4cm3 cm/m2 ·d·bar,than pure MFC film oxygen through the coefficient decreases by 35.6%,thermal decomposition temperature of the composite film is similar to that of pure MFC film,at about 250?,thus has good thermal stability.The effect of MFC performance on the properties of composite films was studied under the condition of 10%chitosan.Research shows that:under the condition of different number of homogeneous,compared with the pure MFC film,the tensile strength of the composite film decreases in the range of 14.3%to 33%,elongation at break increased range is 33%-256.6%,light transmittance increase the range of 32.9%to 107.9%,reduce coefficient of oxygen through the range of 10.6 to 35.6%;Composite film under the condition of different homogeneous pressure,the decrease of the tensile strength in the range of 4%-33%and elongation at break increased range is 26.9%to 126.6%,light transmittance increase the range of 1.4%to 91.8%,reduce coefficient of oxygen through the range of 7.5%to 35.6%;Under the condition of different dosage of TEMPO,compared with the pure MFC film,the tensile strength of the composite film decreases in the range of 14.3%to 33%,elongation at break increased range is 33%to 256.6%,light transmittance increase the range of 12.9%to 84.3%,coefficient of oxygen through the reduce the range of 9.9%to 35.6%.
