The exploitation of oil requires equipment and measures such as oil recovery equipment,technical processes,gathering,transportation,storage and transportation,and is then provided to users after refining and separation.In the oil recovery device,the required equipment includes a pumping unit,a sucker rod,a pumping pump and the like,and the plunger is a core structure that determines the working efficiency of the pumping pump,and belongs to the consumable part.During oil production,the pump is generally down to a depth range of 1000m-3000 m.Due to frequent acidification,fracturing,killing,and plugging operations,the original geological conditions and formation cementation state are destroyed.Gradually start sanding and effluent.After a series of chemical reactions,a large amount of impurities are collected in the wellbore.When the plunger continues to reciprocate in the pump cylinder,some sand grains with smaller particle size will enter the gap of the pump cylinder.Sand wear occurs between the plunger and the pump barrel.If the pump is used for a long time,the pump or wear failure will occur.Although the oil pump plunger used in the oil field is equipped with sand control grooves and surface treatment,it has achieved certain results,but it still does not match the application and development speed of oilfield development technology.The wear problem of the plunger after entering the well is still no more.Well solved,the pump inspection cycle is even shortened to about three months,resulting in increased single-well development costs and low economic benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the plunger,using bionic non-smooth anti-stick,wear-resistance and drag reduction effects.Solving the above problems is the need for long-term development of oil fields.In recent years,the bionic non-smooth theory has been continuously applied in engineering practice,solving many technical problems in the engineering field.This design uses the bionic non-smooth theory to analyze the surface structure of several soil organisms,and studies the two types of oil pump plungers with stripe and pit type.The plunger material is treated through the preferred and surface through the plunger.The wear test proves that it has achieved certain effects in terms of drag reduction and corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance,and has certain advantages over conventional smooth plungers.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects: First,research on the development of plungers at home and abroad,it is concluded that the plunger is the main failure mode of adhesive wear;the second is to use the non-smooth theory to design the reduction resistance and wear resistance.The bionic plunger;the third is to achieve the performance test of the bionic plunger in the room,design a set of wellbore simulation tube string to meet the test requirements of the design;Fourth,complete the biomimetic plunger processing and surface processing,complete the simulation tube string The processing and experimental research showed that the overall performance of the biomimetic plunger is better than that of the conventional smooth plunger.
