Design And Application Of Hydraulic Control System For Briquetting Machine Based On PLC

The press machine is a special equipment for extruding the bulk of the artificial synthetic rubber into the bulk.A large number of intermediate relays and time relays are used in the control system of traditional hydraulic relay of block press.The main disadvantages are complex wiring,frequent contact misoperation,high fault rate,low automation,and difficult maintenance.After the use of PLC technology,it has been widely used in the field of industrial control due to the advantages of simple programming,high performance cost ratio,high reliability,strong anti-interference ability,convenient maintenance,small volume,low energy consumption and less work of design,installation and debugging.On the basis of the technical principle of the rubber press and the main engine structure of the press,this paper adopts the multidisciplinary comprehensive research method,combines the technology and design concept of the press at home and abroad,and completes the design of the hydraulic power system and PLC electronic control system,including the hardware and software of the press.The main work is reflected in the working principle and technological process of the system,the electrical control system of the block press,and the PLC programming of the block press.System structure,this paper designs the press adopts horizontal compression method,full hydraulic control,safe,reliable,efficient and environmental protection,compact structure,high degree of automation,in the industry in a leading position,in metallurgy,machinery,rubber,food processing,environmental protection industry application is very broad,for scrap metal,rubber particles,such as garbage,Fei Zhi Xie pressure molding,to facilitate the packing and shipping.As an automatic control product designed based on the characteristics of industrial electrical control,relay control circuit is gradually replaced due to its strong function,low cost,simple programming and small size.With its power transmission and single linear driving force,the hydraulic equipment has a longer life cycle and higher working efficiency,which can be popularized in other types of packing press.
