| This paper introduces the development process of burner ignition device on torch and the new idea of flame detection system.The function and application of the pilot and the principle of high energy ignition control were described,and the composition of each flame detection method was analyzed,such as thermocouple detection,photosensitive detection,flame ion detection and other flame detection methods to identify the flame.Conduct the study on the flame extinguishing protection function and the stability of multi-compound flame monitoring.It is indicated that those technologies such as gas torch ignition and monitoring functions can effectively enhance the reliability of large scale torch.further experimental analysis was carried out,and effective methods were summarized and applied to practical work In addition,this paper enumerates the ignition modes of torches of previous Olympic Games,analyzes the characteristics of ignition modes of various sports games and the development trend of torches ignition technology in the future.Finally,the technical direction of developing ignition device on torch in the future has been summarized. |
