For the planar membrane phased array antenna,the spatial thermal environment,effective elastic parameters in the effective area,shape optimization of the of the membrane boundary and the stability of the support rod are studied in this paper.The main work is as follows:The influence of space thermal environment on the surface precision of planar membrane phased array antenna was studied.Considering the Radiation-conduction thermal coupling problem in space thermal environment,the heat balance equations of one-dimensional rod and two-dimensional membrane are given.The temperature field of the planar membrane antenna at the solar equinox point is calculated in UG software,and the temperature changes over a period of the whole structure and typical node is given.At the same time,an structure analytical model of the planar membrane antenna was established in ANSYS software.The thermal deformation of this structure under typical four conditions was calculated.Considering the characteristic that the patch antenna is bonded to the membrane substrate and arranged periodically,an equivalent model of the planar membrane phased array antenna is established.First,the theoretical formula for a multilayer composite material equivalent to a single-layer homogenous plate was deduced,and the equivalent material parameters of the patch antenna and the membrane bond were calculated.Then,the homogenization method was used to predict the equivalent elastic parameters of the effective membrane area,which the equivalent model of is established.Finally,the actual model of the planar membrane phased array antenna including the patch antenna is established,and the accuracy of the equivalent model is verified.Taking into account the spatial thermal environment and cable tension deviation,the boundary shape of the planar membrane phased array antenna was optimized.Based on the sequential quadratic programming method,a nested optimization model for planar membrane phased array antenna was established.The cubic B-spline curve was used as the boundary shape,and the curve control points were used as the control variables.Two optimal boundary shapes of membrane is obtained both in the condition of ideal and biased cable tension,and the robustness of the abave optimal boundaries is verifiedConsidering the influence of the support structure on the surface precision of the planar membrane structure,the buckling analysis of the support rod was performed.Based on the linear buckling analysis method,the buckling modes and critical buckling loads under the cantilever and axial compression conditions are analyzed.The buckling modes and characteristic values are obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for engineering practice.
