Electronic Information Intelligent Textiles is a kind of textiles which combines electronic information systems with traditional textiles to realize the functions of communication,heating,shape memory,sensing and discoloration.Because of its intelligent,interactive and highly integrated features,it has important application prospect and huge market potential in aerospace,biomedicine,leisure and entertainment,sports,medical treatment and so on.As a conductive circuit connecting various modules of the electronic information system,due to its complicated preparation process,poor flexibility,limited width of conductive lines,and high manufacturing cost.The application of electronic intelligent information textiles is seriously hindered.Therefore,in view of the preparation of the flexible conductive circuit,a method of fabric surface conductive circuit deposition based on the principle of micro-droplet jetting and chemical reaction are proposed in this paper.The pneumatic dual-nozzle micro-droplet injection system developed by the research group.From the reaction process conditions(concentration combination of silver nitrate and ascorbic acid,PH value of solution,addition of dispersant PVP),fabric base and fabric surface treatment reagents,post-treatment technology,etc.For the follow-up of the development of electronic intelligent information textiles play a catalytic role.The task group has built a pneumatic double-nozzle micro-droplet injection system,which is composed of a micro-droplet generation module,a micro-droplet injection control module,an image mining module and a motion control module.According to the principle of pneumatic on-demand injection and the need of printing flexible conductive line,each module of the system cooperate with each other to complete the corresponding experimental research.Research on influencing factors of process conditions of silver conductor printing forming.Utilizing a pneumatic dualnozzle droplet injection system,ailver nitrate and ascorbic acid are sequentially deposited on the substrate by adjusting system parameters.The two react to form the silver conductive circuit.The concentration of silver nitrate and ascorbic acid reaction,the amount of PVP addition and the PH value of solution were studied by the single factor variable method.The silver conductor print-forming experiment under different technological conditions was carried out.The measurement of the square resistance and SEM diagram of the silver wire after forming was carried out.The result shows that the silver wire is stable under the condition of stable injection.When the concentration of silver nitrate and ascorbic acid were 50 percent W/V and 30 percent W/V.The average square resistance and standard deviation of silver conductor are 2.92?/?and 0.46?/?,and the conductive effect is good.The effect of PVP on controlling the size of silver particles and improving the agglomeration between particles in the silver conducting line reaction.When the content of PVP was 6 percent W/V,the SEM showed that the silver particles were rice shape and the particles were connected into a network.Under different PH conditions,the reaction condition is different.When the PH of the solution is 2~3,the reaction produces more silver particles,and the shape of the particles is uniform.Experimental study on fabric surface modification and its forming point or line.According to the fabric structure,ten kinds of fabrics of plain weave,twill and satin weave were selected to carry out fixed-point deposition experiments of ink droplets.And the spreading direction and diffusion surface of the ink droplets were observed and compared the fabrics were treated as surface treated fabrics(100 percent cotton,density 133×78,190g/m~2)and satin fabric j(100 percent cotton,density 150×80,110 g/m~2)the two fabrics were treated with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),waterborne polyurethane,natural wax emulsion and cationic fatty amide TF449A,and the treated fabrics were treated on the surface of the treated fabric through the fixed-point reaction experiment of silver nitrate and ascorbic acid,through the comparative observation.It is determined that the silver-colored wire with waterborne polyurethane is the best one.The relative content of silver on the surface can reach 69.83 percent.Study on the influence of post-treatment process of silver wire on the conductivity of fabric surface forming.A layer,two and three layers of silver wires are printed and deposited on the surface of WPU-treated fabric j.It is observed by scanning electron microscope.The particles of the three layers of silver wires are uniform,which are obviously connected between the flake and the globular silver particles.The average square resistances of single-layer,two-layer and three-layer were 0.71?/?,0.23?/?and0.20?/?respectively.The variance also decreased from 0.57?/?to 0.08?/?.The surface of the silver wire with three layers of printing is more even after being stamped,The square resistance average was reduced from 0.71?/?before the three layers of unfilled to 0.41?/?after the stamping and cladding treatment,and the square resistance remained basically unchanged after the washing test.
