Objective To investigate the overall status of radiation protection training, exposure dose investigations and occupational health examinations for radiation staff in a provincial 3-A-class hospital in 2016.Analysis of different characteristics of radiation staff's exposure dose and occupational health examination abnormality detection rate,in order to further study the long-term low-dose radiation hazard,to provide a scientific basis of enhancing the radiation personnel's own protection awareness and of improving the management of medical institution for radiation staff health. Methods Review the occupational health electronic file of Anhui Provincial Disease Prevention Control Center and Prevention and Occupational Disease Prevention Hospital in 2016,and obtain and organize the training materials, radiation dose investigating data and results of occupational health examinations of the radiation staff in the hospital.Calculate the training rate, the dose detection rate, the physical examination rate, the detection rate of the abnormal results of the physical examination, and statistically analyze the exposure dose of the radiation staff with different characteristics and the detection rate of abnormal results of various health examination items.Results1.The training rate of 323 radiation staff in the hospital was 83.9%;the exposure rate was 100%;the physical examination rate was 100%,and the abnormal rate of physical examination was 60.4%.2.The annual radiation of 323 radiation staff in the hospital is between 0.03 and 2.65 m Sv,with a mean value of 0.56 ± 0.37 m Sv.172 people with less than 0.5 m Sv,accounting for 53.3%;120 people with 0.5~1.0 m Sv,accounting for 37.2%;31 people with greater than 1.0 m Sv,accounting for 9.6%,significantly lower than the national safety standard of 20 m Sv.There was no significant difference in the annual radiation dose of radiation staff with different genders, ages, radiation age, education, professional titles, job categories, and professional categories(P>0.05).3.The abnormal detection rate of each physical examination item: the abnormal detection rate was the highest in ophthalmology, the number of patients was 79,the detection rate was 24.5%;the second was liver function abnormality, the number was 71,the detection rate was 22.0%;urine routine the number of detected cases was 66,and the detection rate was 20.4%.The number of abnormal electrocardiograms was 65,and the detection rate was 20.1%.The abnormal number of blood pressure was 63 cases, the detection rate was 19.5%.The abnormal number of abdominal ultrasound was in 56 cases, the detection rate was 17.3%;the abnormal number of blood routine was 52 cases, the detection rate was 16.1%;the number of abnormal chest radiographs was 39,the detection rate was 12.1%;the number of abnormal blood glucose was 26 cases, the detection rate was 8.0%;21 cases of renal function abnormalities, the detection rate was 6.5%;17 cases of thyroid dysfunction, the detection rate was 5.3%;5 cases of skin abnormalities, the detection rate was 1.5%;peripheral blood Chromosome examination was not detected and abnormal. There was no significant difference in the annual radiation dose between the abnormal group and the non-abnormal group in each health checkup(P>0.05).4.Abnormal results of different characteristic populations: The abnormal detection rate of ophthalmology, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, abdominal ultrasound, chest X-ray,blood glucose, renal fuction and thyroid fuction examination items of different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the rest There was no significant difference in the abnormal detection rate of the results of physical examination items(P>0.05).The difference of abnormal detection rate of ophthalmology, electrocardiogram and blood pressure items in different radiation ages was statistically significant(P<0.05),and other physical examination items. Results There was no significant difference in the abnormal detection rate(P>0.05).The abnormal detection rate of ophthalmology, electrocardiogram and blood pressure items of different subjects with different professional titles was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the results of other physical examination items were abnormal. There was no significant difference in the rate of outflow(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the abnormal detection rate between the physical examination items of different genders, academic qualifications, job categories and professional categories(P>0.05).Conclusions1.In 2016,83.9% of the radiation protection training rate,100% of the radiation dose detection rate and 100% of the occupational health examination rate of the radiological staff in the hospital.2.The radiation dose of the radiation staff in the hospital in 2016 is within the standard range. There is no significant difference in the annual radiation dose of radiation workers of different genders, ages, radiation age, education, professional title, job category and professional category.3.In 2016,the abnormal physical examination rate of ophthalmology, liver functi on,urine routine, electrocardiogram and blood pressure were higher in the health checkup program of the hospital.Among them, the abnormal detection rate of o phthalmology, electrocardiogram and blood pressure items and age, radiation servi ce age and professional title Factors related to;abnormal detection rate of abdom inal ultrasound, chest X-ray,blood glucose, renal fuction and thyroid fuction item s were related to age factors;there was no significant difference in the doses of the abnormal group and non-abnormal group of each physical examination item.
