As the commonly used insulation material in solid rocket,nitrile rubber insulation has good performance,but its surface wettability is poor,the surface energy is low,prone to debonding in the actual use of the process,seriously affecting the equipment quality of medicine.In this paper,the cryogenic plasma treatment technology of atmospheric jet is used to study the nitrile rubber insulation layer.The effects of low temperature plasma treatment of nitrile rubber,the interaction between process parameters and the storage environment on the timeliness of plasma treatment were systematically investigated.The main work of this study is as follows:(1)The effect of plasma on the surface properties of nitrile rubber was studied by using low temperature plasma.With air as the treatment atmosphere,the parameters of the modification process are:processing power 8kw,processing time 20s,gas flow 0.8L/min.The surface morphology,contact Angle,surface chemical composition and adhesion strength of the modified samples were tested.The results show that the treatment of the materials by low temperature plasma will only affect the structure of the material surface,and will not cause any changes in the internal structure.The C-O group was introduced into the surface of the material after cryogenic plasma modification,and the static contact angle with the water also greatly reduced,and the shear strength increased significantly,reaching a maximum of 1.65MPa.It shows that low temperature plasma can be used to treat the surface of Adiabatic Materials and improve the wettability and bonding strength of the surface.(2)The technological parameters of the plasma set in the modified process and the influence of these parameters on the modified effect are also explored.Due to the existence of interaction between the process parameters of plasma,so using the central composite design response surface method in the design to optimize the processing parameters of plasma processing technology,selected treatment power,treatment time and gas flow rate of 3 factors,3 factors and 5 levels experiment,a total of 15 groups of processing parameters.The results show that the parameters of low temperature plasma treatment on the treatment effect is the existence of interaction,when processing parameters were set as:processing power of 8kw,processing time 15.22s,gas flow 0.76L/min,nitrile rubber insulation material peeling strength up to 24.8N/cm,about 7 times of the peel strength of untreated sample.(3)The timeliness of plasma treatment effect is studied and the storage method of delay time is explored.Will process after the nitrile rubber insulation blanket stored separately in a vacuum(25?)and air(25?)environment for 48 hours.During storage,the contact Angle and chemical composition of the material surface are tested at intervals.The results show that the vacuum(25?)of the environment,can effectively slow down the efficiency of the plasma.
