Research On Intelligent Ecological Frying Machine

Nowadays,the economy in the world is becoming better and better,people’s lives are improving day by day.People’s demands for food,from filling the belly to good food.Among the great variety of delicious food,fried food has attracted people’s attention attentively.In current market,there are many kinds of frying machine,however the frying machine that is capable of frying food safely is lacked.The safety problems of fried foods are mainly include two aspects.On the one hand,these food will produce different poisonous grease polymers under high temperature,which will affect people’s health.On the other hand,the food residue will generate greaves under the action of high temperature.Eat this oil can cause cancer.Facing the severe fried food problem on the market,this paper is concerned on a new type of frying machine hoping which can not only fry fried foods with excellent flavor,but satisfy people’s health also.In the paper,the structure,working principle and frying methods of several common deep-frying machines is studied and through the analyzing of the use and the structure of the frying machines in the market to find out their design deficiencies and functional deficiencies.The design scheme of intelligent eco-frying machine is put forward through research and analysis.The reliability of the oil pan and frame of the intelligent eco-fried machine is verified,and the simulation,maximum stress and thermal coupling analysis are carried out.On the platform of ANSYS software,the temperature field of the intelligent eco-fried machine is simulated and analyzed.Firstly,the deep-frying machine model was meshed in ICEM software,and then boundary conditions were set for the deep-frying machine in Fluent software,and calculation and analysis were carried out.According to the deep-frying machine model,the variation law and distribution of temperature field under two conditions,namely,heating process and frying process,were calculated.
