Research On Residential IAQ Improvement Of Different Ventilation And Purification Mode

In today's society,people spend about 90% their time in indoor environment,indoor air quality(IAQ),especially the residential building indoor air quality has an important impact on people's physical and mental health.But with the outdoor air pollution and excessive usage of indoor decoration materials,indoor air quality is facing a serious challenge.Natural ventilation(Infiltration and open window ventilation)can introduce fresh air to dilute the indoor pollution,but with the building air tight enhanced,outdoor pollution and thermal comfort,the decreasing natural ventilation can not meet the need of improving indoor air quality.In China's current residential conditions,natural ventilation,natural ventilation + air purifier and mechanical ventilation are the most commonly ventilation purification methods used in residential buildings.Under different climate zones and different outdoor conditions,it is difficult to answer what kind of ventilation purification strategy is appropriated for residential buildings.An online monitoring platform for residential buildings indoor air quality was established,which can be used in different climate zones of china for long-term online monitoring.Through this system,outdoor weather,indoor air quality,fresh air units running parameters and personnel behavior can be collected.Based on the long-term monitoring data,this study analyzed indoor carbon dioxide and particulate concentration levels to evaluate the effects of different ventilation mode on indoor air quality in different city of North China.It is found that the indoor air quality of natural ventilation mode can not be well controlled when outdoor pollution is serious.The use of air purifier can improve indoor air quality and reduce indoor pollution time greatly.The indoor air quality of mechanical ventilation dwelling is higher than by natural ventilation,but it needs a long time system operation and maintenance.In addition,the performance test of air purifier shows that with use area increasing purification performance will reduce;air conditioner can significantly improve the purification effect of air purifier.The heat recovery mechanical ventilation system analyzed in some typical cities of different climatic zones.Considering primary energy prices in different regions,initial investment and other factors,the small air volume unit used in the residential building doesn't have a good economic returns for full year operation.
