In recent years,carbon nitride materials are widely used in electrochemical,materials and other fields,because of their easy preparation and superior performance.Graphitic carbon nitride is an important catalyst for building a new photocatalytic system,because it has excellent photocatalytic performance and high chemical stability.Nevertheless,there are many drawbacks of the g-C3N4 material in the field of photocatalysis,such as high recombination rate of photogenerated electron–hole pairs,low specific surface area,and low visible-light utilization efficiency.Therefore,there are some limitations in the application process.Metal nanoparticles has get people's attention.And IB group metal nanoparticles has Localized Surface Plasma Resonancet?LSPR?,its high specific surface area and good surface activity,small particle size,and has the characteristics of heterogeneous catalysis.Therefore,we designed metal nanoparticles combining with semiconductor composites to improve its photocatalytic performance.Herein,we prepared Ag NPs decorated g-C3N4 through liquid phase reduction method,to improve the photocatalytic efficiency.In this paper,an Ag/g-C3N4 nanocompositune was synthesized and utilized as highly efficient and green photocatalyst for organic reactions under visible light irradiation.Firstly,A layered,porous g-C3N4 was synthesized following a modified solvothermal-roasting process by using melamine and cyanuricchloride as precursor.Silver nanoparticles?Ag NPs?were well anchored on g-C3N4 nanonets,which were prepared by liquid phase reduction method.Then,the Ag NPs?g-C3N4 and Ag/g-C3N4 were characterized by HRTEM,XPS,UV-vis DSR and PL.The analysis results showed that g-C3N4 appeared network of primary nanobelts,and the Ag/g-C3N4 composite material might have a good photocatalytic activity.Next,A photoxidation-Povarov tandem reaction of N-benzylanilines and ethanol was achieved with the Ag/g-C3N4 as photocatalyst under visible light irradiation.In this reaction,Ag/g-C3N4 material showed good photocatalytic activity.Under the blue light of a 3W LED,good yields were achieved for various substrates in oxygen at room temperature.This method provided a new way to synthesize 2-arylquinoline derivatives.Finally,we prepared Cu NPs decorated g-C3N4 through liquid phase reduction method,.We utilized it to achieve benzylic oxidation of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline under visiable light irradiation successful.
