Superhydrophobic coatings have potential applications in many fields for which have good hydrophobicity,self-cleanness ability and antifogproof properties.During the past few decades much research has been devoted to exploring the transparent superhydrophobic coating on the surface of glass,but there are still many problems in practical application,such as the lack of large-scale operation,the equipment constraint and the unsuitable for large-scale production.In this study,based on a simple sol-gel method,the glass coating with superhydrophobicity,high transparency and good stability were prepared.The main contents are shown as follows:Firstly,the single-factor experimental method was used to study the reaction conditions of silica nanospheres.After modified with 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane?FAS?,a superhydrophobic SiO2 coating was obtained on the glass surface.TEM and SEM were used to characterize the microstructure of silica nanospheres and coating morphology.The static contact angle was employed to measure wetting behavior of coating surface.The particles size of SiO2 impacted the transparency of coating which was measured by Vis-NIR spectrophotometer.The optimal SiO2 particles size of the coating was determined to be 100-150 nm and exhibited excellent transparency?transmittance>90%?and superhydrophobicity?WCA>150o?according to the transmittance and the water contact angle?WCA?of the coating.Secondly,considering the experimental cost and environment effect,the silane coupling agents KH-550,KH-560 and KH-570 substituted FAS to modify SiO2@CH3-SiO2 particles and then sprayed on the glass surface.By measuring the static contact angle of the coating surface,a superhydrophobic coating was obtained with 0.2 vol.%KH-550 modified SiO2@CH3-SiO2 particles.The WCA value was151.7±0.5oand the transparency of this coating reached 87%.Determined that the obtained coating behaved good transparency,self-cleaning,durability and anti-fogging properties.Finally,a transparent and self-cleaning coating was obtained by spraying KH-550 modified core-shell ZIF-8@CH3-SiO2 particles on glass substrate with a ZIF-8 template.The WCA value was 152±0.5oand the sliding angle was 8±1.2o.Meanwhile,the transparency of this coating attained more than90%.In addition,the self-cleaning test,immersion?25oC?experiment,water jet and anti-fogging tests demonstrated that the superhydrophobic coating exhibited excellent non-wettability,stability and anti-fogging properties,respectively.
