The traditional intelligent materials require excitation device when it was used for control of drive,it is not only susceptible to electromagnetic interference,but also cannot be working in a independent environment.After polarized in the electric field,the lanthanum-modified lead zirconate titanate(PLZT)materials have light-heat-electricity-force field coupling effect.Under the condition of high energy ultraviolet light,it can convert the light energy into mechanical energy directly,and produce strain and stress in the direction of polarization.PLZT ceramic can realize the remote drive,clean drive and wireless drive,which make up for the defects of traditional driving device in this way effectively.Therefore,PLZT ceramics have important significance in theory research and engineering application.The coupling relationships of the electrical,thermal,mechanical and light fields in a 0-1 polarized PLZT ceramic are rigorously analyzed and the mechanism of the anomalous photovoltaic effect,the pyroelectric effect and thermal expansion effect are investigated theoretically in this paper.The changing laws of temperature,photovoltage,photocurrent,photo-induced deformation and the hysteresis phenomenon between the photovoltage and photo-induced deformation are researched by photo-induced characteristics static experiments;In order to improve the experiment,cooling device is used to control temperature elevation,the hysteresis phenomenon between the photovoltage and photo-induced deformation is investigated again.Considering the mechanism of the anomalous photovoltaic effect,the pyroelectric effect and thermal expansion are investigated,the mathematical model of photo-induced multi-physics fields coupling of a 0-1 polarized PLZT ceramic are established,and the equations of temperature,photovoltage and photo-induced deformation are verified,by which the changing rule of temperature,photovoltage and photo-induced deformation and the the hysteresis phenonomen can be explain theoretically.
