With the increasingly serious environmental problems and the rapid development of low-carbon economy,electric vehicles get the widespread concern because of their zero emissions and high energy utilization characteristics,the electric vehicle industry as a new industry is actively developing.Taking into account China's power supply to the basic characteristics of coal-based.Can really achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction by vigorously promote the electric car? Compared to the traditional fuel vehicles,electric vehicles,how much of energy-saving emission reduction in the end how much? Under the current social conditions,what kind of development policy of the electric vehicle industry China's should take? In view of these problems,firstly,this paper takes the "Rowe" electric car and the "Beijing modern" traditional fuel vehicle,as object of study,under the guidance of the "life cycle evaluation”,which "oil well" to "wheel"."GREET.2015" software calculates the greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption data of the two vehicles in their whole life cycle,and then compares the two kinds of greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption data.Secondly,taking into account the future of China's power supply.The structure of the change,this paper assumes that all renewable energy for power generation,the use of "carbon pinch" approach to predict China's 2020,2030,2040 and 2050 power supply structure,according to the forecast results again on the two car greenhouse Gas emissions and energy consumption were measured,compared and analyzed,the results of comprehensive comparison found that China's current power supply structure to coal-based background,compared to traditional fuel vehicles,electric vehicles in the life cycle of the perspective of no energy The advantage of emissions reductions is only when the proportion of renewable energy generation accounts for the total generating capacity The electric vehicle has obvious advantages of energy saving and emission reduction.Finally,on the basis of identifying the key links of greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption of electric vehicles,and the future of China's electric vehicle industry the development of the corresponding policy recommendations.
