Road traffic safety is closely related to the life and property security of the masses,is closely related to social harmony and stability,is closely related to the national economic and social development.In recent years,China's economic growth is accelerating day by day,expressway investment and construction projects gradually increased,The total mileage of the expressway opened to traffic and traffic volume continued to grow.Some traffic safety problems arising from the rapid development of the expressway are receiving more and more attention from the society.As a preventive measure to effectively reduce traffic accidents,traffic safety assessment of highway projects is gradually being popularized and applied.In recent years,many scholars at home and abroad are studying the highway traffic safety assessment,but most of them take a long section as the research object,and then choose the section based on experience to conduct a comprehensive assessment.The assessment result can only reflect the overall situation of traffic safety risk in the longer road section.There is no way to effectively reflect and reflect the traffic safety status of the specific micro-section,so it is difficult to promote the application to other expressway sections.As the competent department of the road traffic safety,the traffic management department of the public security organs has not yet established an effective road traffic safety evaluation system.In order to better fulfill the smooth flow of road traffic safety statutory duties,to further improve the pertinence and effectiveness of accident prevention work,enhance the scientific level of traffic safety management,local traffic management departments of public security organs especially the grassroots public security of traffic police need a set of more scientific and practical,simple operation of the highway traffic safety micro evaluation standards and methods.Lanhai Expressway is the national highway network in a major north-south line to the sea channel.Lanhai Expressway in Guangxi's Nandan section because of the terrain,the impact of factors such as climate,facilities,management,sections,especially sections of tunnel accidents,seriously affects the efficiency of national expressway,became a bottle of sea channel.This paper is based on Nandan of Guangxi section of Lanhai Expressway traffic accidents statistics,In the "standard" classification method of highway project safety evaluation in expressway as the basis,Through the analysis of the road traffic accident data of this road section,summarizing the characteristics of the accident law,finding out the cause of the accident and the main factors affecting the traffic safety of expressway,combined with the actual section,the paper selects the longitudinal section,the combined section with curved slope and the section of tunnel.According to the characteristics of different road sections,the paper establishes a traffic safety assessment index system for different types of road sections,and then targeted study on accident prevention measures,put forward the expressway accident prevention comprehensive management countermeasures and Lanhai Expressway Guangxi Nandan section of the specific management countermeasures,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing traffic accidents,improving traffic efficiency and enhancing the overall service level of traffic safety.
