The existence of organic chloride in naphtha could result in equipment corrosion, pipeline blockage and catalyst poison, and organic chlorides are difficult to be removed by the electric desalination method. Therefore, research on antichloration should be considered. In this paper, the performence of zeolites on deprivation of organic chloride in simulated naphtha was studied by adsorption method, and modified zeolites loaded with metal were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation and characterized by XRD,BET,NH3-TPD.The effects of metal species and loading amount on dechlorination performance of zeolites were investigated by static adsorption experiment.Furthermore, the optimal calcination conditions, adsorption conditions and the regeneration ability of the zeolites were investigated. The results indicated that the weak acid content of modified USY zeolite was obviously increased, which contributed to improve the removal of dichloromethane. The optimal calcination conditions of 2%Cu/USY for dechlorination were at 450?for4 h.And the best adsorption conditions were as follows:adsorption temperature 20?,adsorption time 5 h,adsorbent oil ratio 1:30,and this zeolite has excellent regeneration performance. For removal of dichloroethane,4%Ni/SAPO-34 zeolite was the best. The strong acid content of SAPO-34 zeolite modified by Ni2+was obviously increased and the removal ratio of dichloroethane was increased significantly. And the best adsorption conditions were as follows:adsorption temperature 20?,adsorption time 50 min, adsorbent oil ratio 1:30,and Ni/SAPO-34 zeolite has also excellent regeneration performance.
