In this paper,a kind of nanofiltration agent for water-based drilling fluid in shale reservoirs is developed for the problem of borehole wall failure during shale drilling.By means of infrared characterization,thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy And its resistance to temperature,salt resistance,calcium resistance and compatibility were tested by laboratory test,and its working mechanism was studied.The results of IR spectroscopy showed that the four monomers were reacted and no unreacted monomer was present.The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that the synthesized nanofiltration agent had good resistance to The results show that the nanofibers are nano-sized and their nanosized particles are mainly distributed below 100 nm.The results of transmission electron microscopy(TEM)show that the nanometer The size of the fluid loss agent is less than 50nm;The results show that the synthetic nanofiltration agent has good resistance to temperature and salt resistance,and the results show that the nanofiltration agent has good resistance to temperature and salt resistance Anti-calcium and complex;Particle size and electron scanning electron microscopy showed that the nanofiltration agent was mainly through the adsorption mechanism and the nanometer blocking mechanism to achieve the effect of reducing fluid loss.
