In oilfield development, interwell connectivity is an important part of reservoir evaluation and the basis of field development and management. The research on interwell connectivity is significant to the study of the fault sealing, thief zone identification in high water stage, reservoir heterogeneity evaluation and development adjustment. The research methods of interwell connectivity can be divided into two kinds—static and dynamic methods.Static analysis methods focus on the continuity of formation using the geological data, which does not reflect seepage capability of interwell geological bodies.Conventional dynamic methods mainly include multi-well testing and tracer testing.Although they are effective, however, these methods affect production, and carry out complexly and costly.Dynamic field data is an important basis for understanding reservoir dynamic characteristics. How to make full use of the dynamic production data obtained to calculate the geological parameters of the reservoir has been a research hot spot in recent years.Domestic and foreign scholars have used dynamic injection and production rates to research interwell connectivity. In this paper, the interwell dynamic connectivity is quantitatively characterized based on the dynamic production data.Multiple linear regression model?capacitance resistance model(CRM)and simple capacitance resistance model for the inversion of interwell dynamic connectivity have been introduced.Based on the characteristics of CRM,a hybrid optimization algorithm is proposed to estimate the model parameters —injection allocation coefficients and the algorithm gets program implementation. In addition,Combined with capacitance resistance model,a novel method is proposed for calculating the interwell average permeability using injection and production rates based on hydropower similarity principle. The method extends the application range of CRM and provides a rapid and efficient method for estimating interwell average permeability. The method was validated by numerical conceptual models, and was further applied to E07 well group in BZ25-1s oilfield. The results showed that the interwell average permeability calculated by the method is consistent with interpretation of tracer testing.
