With the continuous improvement of Chinese energy-saving emission reduction requirements,clean energy market continues to expand,demand of natural gas as the most important clean energy was growth in the accelerating trend,making the market demand for natural gas supply increasing.Gas storage as the most important peaking system of a long-distance pipeline,play a huge role,and reciprocating compressor as the core of the gas storage unit,the reliability of its operation directly affect the function of the entire system.In this paper,the reliability of the compressor in the process of working,including structural reliability and functional reliability,is proposed according to the working characteristics of the reciprocating compressor.Compressor structural reliability refers to the probability of the compressor in a specified time to complete the required function.To solve the structural reliability,it is necessary to carry out statistical analysis of the unit failure data to find out the probability distribution and the statistical parameters which affect its reliability.By collecting the failure data of the reciprocating compressor,the K-S test method is used to determine the distribution type of the reciprocating compressor,so as to solve the structural reliability of the compressor.In the calculation process,the maintenance of the compressor can also be calculated,so as to get the structure reliability distribution of considering maintenance of the compressor.The functional reliability of the compressor is from the perspective of thermodynamics to assess the reliability of the compressor,the evaluation indicators,including displacement,pressure,temperature and other operating parameters,by simulating the compressor working process,including the displacement and pressure,and The displacement distribution of the compressor under the specified conditions is obtained by randomly adding the pressure disturbance during the operation of the compressor,and then the reliability of the given displacement of the task under steady condition is calculated.The structural and functional reliability of the compressor are integrated calculation,to get the compressor at a specified time and conditions,the completion of the specified function of the probability,that is,operational reliability.Through the analysis of operational reliability,the operation and production of the compressor can be run to guide to ensure safe and reliable while compressor operate efficiently.
