Potential Analysis And Development Adjustment Study Of Heglig Oilfield

This paper takes the Heglig oilfield in Sudan as an example to to study the potential analysis and development adjustment of the Strong bottom water and the weak edge water reservoir.The oil field has experienced several stages,such as increasing production,high production and decline period.In the process of development,it shows individual well initial production is high,water free production period is short,and the decline is fast.Based on the technology and experience of similar oilfields in China and abroad,this paper analyzes and studies the dynamic characteristics,development potential and development adjustment of reservoirs.Heglig oilfield is a bottom water and edge water reservoir.The problems of bottom water reservoir are bottom water coning,uneven uplift of oil and water interface,complex remaining oil distribution and big difficulty of tapping the potential.The weak edge water reservoir is mainly faced with the problem of insufficient natural energy,uneven edge water advancing,complex oil-water relationship,and the difficulty of search the remaining oil.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of oilfield development.In order to determine the future development adjustment direction of the oilfield,this paper analyzes the future development potential of oilfield and the wells wokover,and aslo studies the oilfield production status,development series and remaining oil distribution by reservoir numerical simulation method.
