The cost of investment keeps increasing with the continuous deepening of development.There still exist many problems even though the production of the Yanwu Mao district stays stable on the whole.Such as the geological misunderstanding of the main reservoir of long 4+5? 6 layer,the imperfection of well pattern,the mismatch between degree and rate of the recovery,the imbalance of horizon development in different position,the increase of low production wells and the rise of water cut.In order to improve the development degree of oil reserves,reduce the contradiction and ensure the production rise,this paper proposed comprehensive development plan for enhancing the production efficiency.Firstly,the reservoir characteristics analysis and dynamic analysis are carried out based on the geology.Then,the research of numerical simulation is conducted for evaluation of remaining oil.Finally,comprehensive development plan is established for making inefficient wells governance,adjustment,transfer and encryption.The OOIP in Mao Chang 4+5? Chang 6 and Chang 7 is 2195.91×104t by volumetric method calculation.The cumulative production is 35.76×104t,the water cut is 44.18%,the recovery is 1.63%,so the rapid decrease of production of the Mao Chang 4+5? Chang 6 and the increase of water cut.The Chang 7 remains a large number of oil in urgent development.
