The olefin hydroformylation reaction,catalysed by transition-metal complexes,is the transformation of olefins into aldehydes.It is an atom economy reaction,and also a green chemical reaction,giving no waste gas or rubbish.The application of butene hydroformylation will not only fill the gap of pentanal production in China,but also benefit the utilization of C4 resources of our country.There are sufficient studies on the hydroformylation of butene abroad,while it is still in in the initial stage in our country.Therefore,we deeply studied the reaction process based on mixed butenes,including hydroformylation,isomerization,the conditions optimization,and macroscopic kinetics of the hydroformylation of butene,to provide the data basis for the industrialization of pentanal production in China.In this thesis,Rh?CO?2?acac?was used as the catalyst and BIPHEPHOS as ligand.The relationship between butene isomerization and hydroformylation was studied,as well as the general rule of reaction.The critical ratio between butenes was proved in butene isomerization.After that,the reaction conditions were optimized through single factor experiment,including temperature,pressure,rhodium concentration,P/Rh ratio and substrate amount.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the reaction temperature was 110?,the ratio of P/Rh was 4,the concentration of Rh-catalyst was0.3mmol/L,the reaction pressure was 1.5 MPa and the amount of butene was about 5 g.Under these conditions,the yield of final pentanal was higher than 50%.In addition,the kinetic experiments were carried out based on the hydroformylation of mixed butenes.According to the experiment rule,the appropriate kinetic model equation was selected.The final rate equation of n-pentanal formation was obtained and tested by linear and nonlinear fitting using Matlab software.
