The problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution has seriously restricted the rapid and stable development of China's economy.Biogas engineering is an effective way to convert organic waste into clean energy,which is an important measure for China to meet the challenge.Although the current biogas engineering to the rapid development,but the prevalence of low efficiency and other issues,so how to use scientific analysis of biogas engineering operation efficiency analysis and evaluation,for the evaluation results proposed effective solutions,and then for the future development of biogas engineering in China to provide the theory guidance has become particularly important.This paper first analyzes the main fermentation feedstocks and biogas and biological methane production potential of biogas engineering in China from 2010 to 2014.The results show that the amount of resources available for biogas fermentation in China in2014 is 1.58 billion tons,among which the livestock and poultry manure accounts for the main proportion.The annual biogas and biological methane production potential of 94.12billion cubic meter and 61.55 billion cubic meter,livestock and poultry manure contribution to the vast proportion of gas production capacity;analysis of biological methane potential density shows that in 2014 the national average of 6700 m~3/km~2,according to the density of biological methane production across the country,the degree of development of biogas engineering is analyzed,and the suitable regional division of biogas engineering development in China is completed.According to the characteristics of biogas engineering in China,the data envelopment method is selected to evaluate its operating efficiency,design evaluation index and establish evaluation system.On the basis of the research on the field of the biogas engineering,the ChifengYuanyi BNG engineering,the XianDaiMuYe biogas engineering,the XingAnCun biogas engineering,and the SanDaoYingZiCun biogas engineering were analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the operating efficiency of the natural gas is very optimal,and the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward for the non-optimal engineering according to the engineering efficiency index and the slack variable.Based on the above research results,this paper discusses the applicability of the evaluation method to the evaluation of the theoretical operation data of the large-scale BNG engineering pilot project in combination with the report of the BNG pilot project in2015.The results show that the evaluation method can complete the evaluation of the theoretical operation of the pilot project of the BNG engineering.According to the efficiency index and the diagnosis of the relaxation variable,the corresponding quantitative optimization suggestions can be provided for the design index.At the same time,it is concluded that the state investment has affected the relative efficiency of each BNG pilot project to a large extent.
