The crude oil yield of Quan 4 Member in XT11 Block of Western Fuyu Oilfield has declined after developing for nearly half a century. For exploring the distribution of remaining oil, this paper carries out a series of work, including stratigraphic correlation, sedimentary microfacies and 3D geological modeling and so on,relying on logging, core and dynamic data analysis as well as basing on the advantages of dense well pattern.According to precise sequence stratigraphic correlation, the Fuyu Reservoirs are divided into 4 sand groups,13 layers and 18 single layers.Based on the sedimentary background of shallow water delta, genetic analysis is used to study single well facies, profile facies as well as sedimentary evolution.Research indicates that the ? sand group within the bottom of the Fuyu Reservoirs belongs to shallow water delta plain subfacies depositions and the ?,?,? sand groups in the upper section belong to delta front subfacies depositions, and the microfacies of the Quan 4 Member consists of distributary channel, natural levee, overbank plain, subaqueous distributary channel, subaqueous natural levee, subaqueous distributary bay and distal bar and so on.Based on the regional geological features, the tectonic models are set up firstly, and then sedimentary microfacies models are built by the kriging interpolation and the deterministic modeling methods.Secondly, sequential indicator simulation and sequential gaussian simulation method under sedimentary microfacies control are elected to set up sand body models and reservoirs parameter models respectively. Finally, every model rationality is checked by geologic analogy method and rarefying wells test.To investigate the distribution of remaining oil, four controlling factors which include facies, microstructure, reservoir heterogeneity and injection-production relationships are proved in accordance with previous research achievements, and of which distribution pattern are summed up at the end of this paper.
