Nowadays,the energy problem is a particularly important issue.As new type of Quantum dots LED lighting technology which has good performance and long service life,It is suitable for as a new type of green light source,thus Quantum dots LED lighting technology have caused wide attention both at home and abroad.Quantum dots LED can use a variety of color composite light,by changing the composition of quantum dots and size to achieve the purpose of regulating the luminescence performance.And the preparation of quantum dot LED technology is not yet mature,and few reports on its research at home and abroad.So by far the most popular sulfur cadmium selenide as the research object,with silicate glass as substrate,introduced with Se,CdS for preparing quantum dots,the communion of luminous performance of the prepared CdSxSe1-x-x quantum dot light emitting glass,and We have discussed the calcination temperature,holding time and the matrix of the ZnO doping concentration on the influence of the quantum dot light emitting light glass.Results show that under the condition of calcination temperature is 590?heat preservation 10 h,under the appropriate annealing furnace heating rate can be good performance of synthetic CdSxSe1-x quantum dots glass samples.The product particle size,uniform distribution of a wide range,product particle shape rules,has the characteristics of spherical.Samples under 470 nm blue light excitation can emit wavelength range in 510550 nm green,this shows that the luminescence glass of quantum dots in blue LED chip of LED market has higher application value.Amount of ZnO added can control the color of the glass.Add a small amount of ZnO can improve CdSxSe1-x-x content of quantum dots.Mixed with excess ZnO promotes the volatilization of Se in the glass.Mixed with suitable content of ZnO is conducive to CdSxSe1-x quantum dot luminescence glass produced obvious quantum size effect,and can regulate the optical properties of quantum dots.The best percentage of ZnO doped is 13 wt%,and the luminous performance is best.Heat treatment temperature and time can influence the crystallization degree of the nano quantum dot material,affecting the optical properties of the quantum dot luminescence glass,so as to control the luminous properties of quantum dot light emitting glass.When the heat treatment temperature is at 590?,the maximal strength of PL spectrum peak,the narrowest width of half peak,the strongest luminous intensity and the best crystallization performance can be seen,explaining that this kind of sample had an optimal luminescence performance.Moderate heat treatment time,quantum dots spread particles,quantum dot widened distribution,and the size distribution is relatively concentrated,because it can influence crystallinity of the sample,thus regulate the luminescence performance of the sample,Although the Long time of heat treatment will cause red shift of the quantum dots,crystalline,it will reduce the luminescence crystalline Performance.By using Two step heat treatment method,the preparation of CdSxSe1-x quantum dot silicate glass have eventually been prepared.The results show that under the condition of 600?as the second heat treatment temperature insulation for 10 hours,and matrix of the ZnO doping concentration of 13%,it can achieve the best performance..Finally by taking two ways of heat treatment method,the best sample have been sucessfully prepared based on the crystallization properties and particle microstructure.The conclusion is that the sample of the two step heat treatment preparation can get a better effect slightly than the one sample of one step heat treatment method in terms of luminous performance.
