Study On The Characteristics Of Xi'an's Ecological Construction Based On Marxism Ecological View

Xi'an is not only the capital of shaanxi province,but also one of the four ancient civilizations in the world.Since the reform and opening up,while the city's economic development has achieved remarkable growth,ecological problems such as resource waste and environmental pollution have become more and more serious,which is very unfavorable to the healthy development of xi 'an.Although xi 'an has implemented many measures to improve the ecological environment in recent years,which have certain effects on improving the living environment of residents,there are still great deficiencies in building a healthy ecological environment.Therefore,xi 'an must change the traditional development concept in time and strengthen the ecological and economic development.We should deepen our understanding of marxist ecological views under the theoretical guidance of marxist scientific world outlook and methodology and take marxist theoretical thoughts as the necessary conditions for the rapid development of ecological economy.Therefore,to solve the unity contradiction between ecological environment and rapid economic development,we must implement it in accordance with marxist ecological theory.Xi 'an has always been regarded as the key city for the implementation and development of the western development policy in China.In recent years,the environmental pollution problem has become more and more serious.With the rapid development of social economy,the problem has become more and more serious.In the report of the 19 th CPC national congress in 2017,President xi jinping pointed out: accelerate the reform of the system of ecological civilization and build a beautiful China.Modernization actually refers to the modernization of harmonious development between human and nature.Based on the investigation and consulting of marxist ecological theory and relevant literature,this paper deeply discusses the effectiveness and existing deficiencies of ecological environment construction in xi 'an,and discusses the development status of marxist ecological theory by analyzing the construction of ecological civilization in xi 'an.And with the marxist ecological theory of ecological environmental construction for scientific guidance,to promote people can comprehensively understand the marxist ecological theory,so as to adapt the theory to the practice of other provinces and cities in China,conducive to the socialist construction of an effective solution to various environmental problems.Take the beautiful xi 'an as an example to provide experience for our country's socialist modernization.,for example,since July 30,2018,in view of the qinling effect in xi 'an in shaanxi province neo-treasure hill villa problem actively carry out rectification work,special working group to xi 'an founded 57 and trawl the working group,inventory within the territory of qinling effect in xi 'an violations,villas and other destruction of ecological environment problems,and continue to carry out the neo-treasure hill villa to dismantle and rectification work.The research shows that xi 'an has made remarkable achievements in ecological civilization construction,but there are also many problems.In recent years,the construction of ecological civilization in China still USES the extensive economic development mode,which leads to the ecological environment problems caused by the rapid development speed.Xi 'an's development has the same problems,focusing only on economic growth,such as: excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides;The construction of ecological civilization lacks systematic and perfect legal and policy system and management is not in place.These are the main factors causing serious environmental pollution and resource shortage in the construction of ecological civilization.After analysis and summary,the author himself put forward several measures for the ecological environment construction of xi 'an in the following text,hoping to use them and make a small contribution.First of all,strengthen the ecological ideology,so that more citizens have the awareness of protecting nature and protecting the environment,which is very important,but also the basic conditions.Then,it is suggested that relevant departments,from the mode of development to industrial institutions,should change their priorities.Last but not least,we should improve and attach importance to the establishment of relevant policies and regulations on ecological and environmental development as soon as possible to maintain a sound development environment.
