The problem of environmental pollution caused by the vigorous development of the large-scale swine industry has become increasingly serious.Improper handling of wastewater from pig farms has caused serious pollution to water bodies,soil,and the atmosphere.It has also had a great impact on people's physical and mental health,and has dealt with and improved.The cost of water quality is often high,or the interface of the process environment is not friendly,and it also causes waste of resources.In order to solve the above problems,in this study,suspended matter,COD,phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,Cu2+,and p H were used as indexes to conduct aeration and slag stalk filtration treatment on farm wastewater,using control variables and orthogonal methods.The test method is designed for experiments to find the optimum process conditions for the aeration filtration test.Then,in order to achieve sustainable use of the ecological environment for recycling purposes,the growth of mung bean seedlings was the object of study.The culture wastewater after the aeration filtration test treatment was used to cultivate the mung bean seedlings,and the aquaculture seedlings were further treated while the aquaculture wastewater was further treated.Grow.The main research contents of aeration filtration biological treatment culture wastewater are as follows:Optimization of aeration treatment process parameters for aquaculture wastewater.The aeration test was conducted with pig farm wastewater as the test material.The aeration times were 2h and 4h under the conditions of 1.0m3/h,1.5m3/h,2.0m3/h and 2.5m3/h respectively.,6h,8h test.Through the analysis of the results of 16 groups of aeration tests,when the aeration rate was controlled at 2m3/h and the aeration time was controlled at 6h,the concentration of suspended matter in the treated wastewater was 5580 mg/L,the COD concentration was 859.96 mg/L,and phosphorus.The concentration of 46mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen concentration of 0.9mg/L,and the Cu2+ concentration of 2.3mg/L were lower than the other groups and the energy consumption was low.Therefore,the optimum process conditions were determined as the aeration time of 6h.The aeration volume is 2m3/h.The slag straw filtration processing mode construction.When the aeration test treated aquaculture wastewater was subjected to a 3 factor 5 level orthogonal test,the factor of the water intake time was 8 min/L,10 min/L,12 min/L,14 min/L,and 16 min/L.The factor level is 35 cm,45cm,55 cm,65cm,75 cm,and the slag straw volume ratio is 1:1,1:2,1:3,3:1,2:1,and the 25 sets of slag straws are filtered.The data analysis of cross-test shows that the primary and secondary factors affecting the results are the length of filtration,the time of water intake,and the volume ratio of slag straw.When the influent time is 12 min/L,the slag straw ratio is 2:1,and the filtration length is 65 cm,the concentration of suspended matter in the treated wastewater is 62 mg/L,the COD concentration is 122.6 min/L,and the phosphorus concentration is 5.9 min/ L,ammonia nitrogen concentration 0.4min/L,Cu2+ concentration 0.35mg/L,compared with other groups after treatment,wastewater concentration is low and energy consumption is small,at this time,nitrate nitrogen 4.6mg/L,p H value is 6.57,so The optimum experimental program was determined to be 12 min/L of influent time,2:1 ratio of stalk straw volume,and 65 cm of filter length.The results of aeration filtration treatment of the aquaculture wastewater were all superior to those of “Irrigation Water Quality Standard”(GB5084-2005).Design of a New Method for Comprehensive Utilization of Aquaculture Wastewater Biological Treatment.After the aeration filtration test,the mung bean seedlings cultured from the aquaculture wastewater and the mung bean seedlings from the fresh water were subjected to a three-day biological treatment comparative test.Through the data analysis of the plant height and stem diameter of the two groups of mung bean seedlings,it was known that the aeration filtration test.Treated aquaculture wastewater has a significant role in promoting plant height and stem diameter of mung bean seedlings.At the same time,each substance in the wastewater after aeration filtration test treatment was further treated.The concentration of SS discharged in the wastewater after daily treatment was ? 46 mg/L,COD concentration ? 121 mg/L,phosphorus concentration ?4.25 mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen.Concentration ?0.2mg/L,Cu2+ concentration ?0.34mg/L,nitrate nitrogen concentration ?3.9mg/L,p H value between 6~7.The aeration filtration biological treatment aquaculture wastewater analysis results show that the suspended matter removal rate in the wastewater is 99%,the COD removal rate is 88%,the phosphorus removal rate is 91%,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 89%,and the Cu2+ removal rate is 84%,the p H value is about 7,the nitrate nitrogen concentration is about 3mg/L,and the final concentration results are better than the "Emission Standard for Pollutants in Livestock and Poultry Industry"(GB18596-2001).Aeration filtration biological treatment has features such as excellent quality,low cost and low consumption after treatment,and through the use of slag straw as a filter material,the waste is re-used.The biological treatment makes mung bean sprouts grow rapidly,the harvest period is shortened,and can be recycled as Feeds on farms are cost-effective and have a certain economic value.As a result,a new model of aeration filtration biological treatment of aquaculture wastewater was constructed,which not only effectively treated aquaculture wastewater,but also enabled it to be recycled as a resource.
