In recent years, food safety problems have sprung up constantly.Pesticide residues in food have always been a concern for food safety issues. As one one food vulnerable to pesticide residue contamination, vegetable is a common vegetable pesticide residue content,so it is worth to study whether the pesticide residue in common vegetables exceeds the standard and does harm to human health. In order to clarify the content of pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Changchun City and whether it is harmful to human health, this topic is based on the"SB/T10029-2012 Classification of Vegetables in Fresh Vegetables and Codes"published by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China in 2013,in combination with Changchun City. The characteristics of residents'diets were selected to detect 12 common commercial vegetables in Changchun City. There were 12 common commercial vegetables purchased in Changchun based on surveying the characteristics of residents'diets. And 18 kinds of pesticides in vegetables were recognized by reading the literature on pesticide residues in jilin province as well as online and offline surveys.QuECHERs and GC-MS method were used to test the samples, and the evaluation method was proved effective. The sampling sites were Changchun farmers'market and large chain supermarkets, which were two kinds of common vegetable purchasing places, including farmers'markets and 10 supermarkets, and a total of313 samples of vegetables were collected.According to the test results, relevant human health risk assessments are conducted. The results of the study are as follows:(1)The 12 kinds of vegetables that were selected for testing were cabbage, spinach, celery, lettuce, green radish, carrot, potato, sweet potato, cucumber, eggplant, tomato, and king bean.(2)The 18 pesticides tested were metodio,omethoate,dichlorvos,carbofuran,phorate,dimethoate,heptachlor,chlorimuron,malathion,chlorpyrifos,parathion,dicofol,bifenthrin,fenpropathrin,permethrin,cyfluthrin,cypermethrin,fenvalerate.(3)The method has a good linearity in the range of 0.01 to 1?g/mL with a linear correlation coefficient R~2?0.99.The detection limit of this method was 0.0001 to 0.0167 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification was 0.0002 to 0.0556 mg/kg.The recovery of 18 pesticides ranged from 62%to 110%,with precision. This result shows that both the method recovery and precision can meet the requirements. The method can be used for sample analysis.(4)Among the 313 samples of 12 kinds of vegetables detected in this study, pesticide residues were detected in 89 samples, accounting for 28.43%of the total number of samples.Among them, the highest detection rate of pesticides in celery was 69.23%.The detection rate in potatoes was 3.85%.The pesticide residues in 25 samples exceeded the national standard maximum residue limit(MRL),exceeding the standard rate of 7.99%.The pesticide residues in the five kinds of vegetables did not exceed the national maximum residue limits, namely King bean, tomato, eggplant, potato and sweet potato. There were excessive levels of pesticide residues in the other 7 kinds of vegetables.(5)Among the 18 pesticides tested, there were 3 pesticides that were not detected, namely heptachlor, chlorimuron, permethrin. The remaining 15 pesticides were detected.Among them, the detection rates of carbofuran and malathion were high, which were 10.54%and 9.58%,respectively.The detection rates of fenvalerate and parathion were low, being 0.96%and 0.64%,respectively.Among the 15 pesticides detected, dicofol and cyfluthrin have no maximum residue limit in the national standard. The remaining 9 pesticides have exceeded the standard.(6)Among the 195 farmers'market samples tested in this project,68 pesticide residues were detected and the detection rate was 34.87%.The pesticide residues in the 23 vegetable samples exceeded the MRL in the national standard, exceeding the rate of 11.79.%.Of the 118supermarket samples collected,24 pesticide residues were detected in 24 samples. The detection rate was 20.34%.The number of samples exceeding the limit was 5,exceeding the standard rate of 4.24%.(7)The 15 pesticides detected in this study will not cause significant harm to the food population in terms of the degree of single pollution. There are human health risks associated with multiple pesticide residue contamination.Among the 15 pesticides detected, the maximum risk coefficient of 7 pesticides was greater than 1,which may have potential hazards to human health. They are carbofuran, omethoate, phorate, dicofol, dimethoate, chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos. The remaining 8 pesticides have a maximum risk factor of less than 1 and do not pose a potential hazard to human health.
