With the progress of science and technology and the development of society,advanced ceramics has become one of the new type of material which is very important in the social production.Because of it's excellent physical and chemical properties,it not only became the research focus in the field of scientific research,and also has been widely used in practical production.The traditional forming process of ZrO2 need to be pre-sinteringed firstly and then machined,which is not only tedious but also wastes materials.Micro extrusion forming is a kind of manufacturing technology of adding materials,it has very high flexibility in the aspect of ceramic forming.In this paper,“Micro extrusion forming technology”is used to fabrication the ZrO2.Meanwhile,we analysis the influence factors of the mechanical properties of the ceramic sample.Firstly,We explore the influence law of the slurry pH and the amount of dispersant,and get the optimal content;Then get the content of other additives and the optimal solid fraction according to the technological characteristics of Micro extrusion forming.Secondly,theoretical calculation and experimental are combined and injection process parameters of ZrO2 ceramic slurry are explored.Finally,pressureless sintering is selected on the study of the preparation of ZrO2ceramic body in this paper.We analysis the influence factors of the mechanical properties of the ceramic sample based on Micro extrusion forming technology by materials characterization and the mechanical properties testing.The results show that zirconia ceramic is manufactured under the optimum conditions based on Micro extrusion forming technology with stable phase and dense microstructure is obtained,and the flexural strength is 935MPa.
