| With the development of our country’s economy,environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.The stench pollution has brought a lot of interference to people’s lives.Stench pollution widely exists in industrial,agricultural and the departments of production in municipal construction.Bad odor has a great impact on the ecological environment and human health.The stench detection research started relatively late in China,there is no obvious results at present.Therefore,developing a composite stench detection system which can reflect the environment pollution accurately has important practical significance.The traditional detection methods of odor include olfactory test and component concentration analysis.The olfactory test relies on the human olfactory system to detect,which method has low detection speed and strong subjectivity.The component concentration analysis method uses the advanced instrument to carry on the examination,which is not only expensive but also can only detect a single component material.Based on the research of the stench detection methods at home and abroad,combined with the existing detection technology,this paper developed a set of composite stench detection system based on sensor array.The system uses the structure of upper and lower machine.The Lower machine takes the single chip microcomputer as the core and gas circuit as the carrier,according to the type of sensor,the corresponding signal acquisition circuit is matched,so as to realize the collection and preliminary treatment of odor gas.The acquisition signal transmits to the PC for a detailed analysis on the LabVIEW platform,including data filtering processing,eigenvalue extraction,curvilinear regression multiple sensor information fusion and concluding the stench value at finally.After completing the design of system,A large number of experiments which include the detection of single component gas and compound stench gas is done to prove the performance of the system in the laboratory.The relative deviation of the system is less than 2% in the repetitive experiment.The system has a significant response to stench gases such as hydrogen sulfide gas,ammonia and volatile organic compounds in the sensitivity experiment and its minimum detection line reaches 11 ppb for the specified malodorous gas.Which is proved that the system has good stability and high precision.Compared with the traditional detection methods,the composite malodor detection system in this paper is not only low cost and high accuracy,but also detect the malodorous gases for real-time continuous testing in the polluted area.It has a broad application prospects in the field of environmental protection. |
