Indoor air pollution has been increasingly serious as synthetic building decoration materials,indoor air conditioning,computer and other products are widely used in indoor in recent years.As a result,green indoor air purification materials are gradually applied to indoor air pollution control.But single air purification material do not have obvious effect on the removal of indoor air pollutant.In consequence,focus have been transformed from single air purification material research into composite material research.Sepiolite,bismuth nitrate,ammonium metavanadate,copper nitrate and silver nitrate were raw materials in this paper.Modify the sepiolite by acid activation and heat activation,prepare bismuth vanadate by hydrothermal synthesis and modify it,and then impregnate the modified sepiolite,modified bismuth vanadate and silver nitrate in a certain mass ratio by which Ag+/Cu-BiVO4 composite sepiolitone,kind of indoor purification materia,could be gained.The results showed that after activated modification,the spatial network structure of sepiolite was improved.Accordingly,the porosity increased so did the adsorption capacity.As a result,the maximum adsorption capacity of Ag+reached to 16.03mg/g.The prepared bismuth vanadate had good dispersibility and high crystallinity,whose catalytic performance had also been increased after modified by Cu2+.Catalytic degradation of toluene was accordingly improved by 6%.XRD results showed that the main characteristic peaks of bismuth vanadate crystals did not have differences before and after the modification,which indicated that copper didn't have effect on the lattice structure of bismuth vanadate and only improved its surface activity.Characterize composite silicate indoor purifying material,discuss the microscopic structure,stability,active groups-OH,Bi-O by the use of SEM,IR and TG-DTA.Ag+/Cu-BiVO4 composite sepiolit materials were used to carry out the experiments on the performance of purifying air,degerming,humidity control and releasing anion and also analyze the mechanism and influence factors.The results showed when sepiolit,BiVO4,Cu-BiVO4 and Ag+/Cu-BiVO4 composite sepiolit material were used to handle different concentration formaldehyde and toluene,whose initial concentration was1mg/m3and 2mg/m3 respectively,Ag+/Cu-BiVO4 composite sepiolit material performed best on the removal of formaldehyde and tolune.Removal rate was 52.9%and 85.9%respectively.When the initial concentration of formaldehyde and tolune was 0.8mg/m3and1mg/m3,the optimum purification time was 3.5h and the optimum purge air velocity was0.2m/s0.4m/shandled by Ag+/Cu-BiVO4 composite sepiolit material.Besides,Ag+/Cu-BiVO4 composite sepiolit materials had good performance on humidity control,degerming and releasing anion.The prepared composite silicate indoor purification material is a new kind of compound indoor air purification material,which has the advantages of high purification efficiency,no secondary pollution and long lasting effect and so on.
