This paper studies the heat transfer performance in the horizontal circulating fluidized bed.The quality of the experiment was tap water,this experiment is under constant pressure.The fluid temperature and pressure drop was recorded during the experiment,The heat transfer characteristics and the current performance are also carefully observed,This paper discusses the influence of kenics static mixer torsion ratio,heat power,mass flow and solid particle content on heat transfer coefficient and flow friction resistance.First,the thermal balance experiment was carried out in the range of volume flow 24.4 m3·h-1 and the heat power's parameters is 25kw,getting lot of experimental data,have get the follow conclusion by Analyzing and processing the data:In single phase flow,the heat transfer coefficient and the experimental value of the pressure drop are compared to the classical empirical correlation,It is found that the experimental value was consistent with the trend of calculation,and the thermal equilibrium efficiency was 76%,satisfing the following operating conditions of the experiment.The experimental results of three kinds of solid particles were carried out according to the orthogonal experimental design.According to the experimental results,the flow dynamics of the heating tube are analyzed and getting the conclusion:The heat transfer process consists of two phases single phase convection heat transfer and cold flow boiling heat transfer.The empirical correlation of the experimental data is simulated by the experimental data,and the experimental value is compared with the calculated value.Finally,according to the orthogonal experimental results,two kenics static mixers are installed during subcooled boiling in the tube,the effects of different spacing and different volume flow on the experiment result were studied,getting the follow conclusion:Two kenics static mixers are installed in the 300mm pipe from the inlet and when their distance is 200mm,the heat transfer coefficients is the biggest in the tube and the lower pressure drop is smaller,the comprehensive experiment works best.
